Family owned & operated
As a family owned and operated business, nuspace homes is led by husband and wife team Mark & Adele Minton.
Mark is a fully licensed Home Builder (Medium Rise, 3 storeys), Plumber and Gas fitter. Mark started out his work-life as an apprentice shop-fitter at the age of 16 in Manchester, UK. After taking a year out to travel around Australia with Adele at the age of 18 he wanted to pave out a solid career path. On his return home he began working as an apprentice plumber for a local bathroom renovation company. After 4 years Mark became a fully licensed Plumber & Gas Fitter and embarked on setting up his own plumbing and bathroom company.
8 successful years followed running his own company, completing over 300 bathroom and wetroom renovations.
In 2012 Mark & Adele with their two children Nathan & Ella moved to the Gold Coast. Mark started working for a Gold Coast renovation company as a Site Supervisor. His role was to take on every renovation from the firms designers to project completion. He was responsible for all trade employees and contractors and ensured each renovation was completed to Australian Standards and to a high level of workmanship. During his time there Mark was successfully responsible in the complete project management of over 600 kitchen, bathroom and unit renovations.
Always wanting to be ahead in the industry Mark has completed a further 4 years study in Australian plumbing and gas as well as completing a full building and construction qualification earning a Home Builder License (Medium Rise, 3 storeys).
In 2017 Nuspace Homes was created and Mark & Adele’s dream of owning their own renovation company again was brought to life. In the first year of operating nuspace homes completed over $1 million worth of renovations.
Adele has always had a passion for business, her studies include A level Information Technology, Business and AAT Advanced Accounting in the UK. Since 2006 Adele has worked within the plumbing and renovation industry. Adele is responsible for not only the backend of the business admin and accounting but also gets involved with the drawing and estimating of proposals.
