You may want to prepare rough sketches, product lists, and compile photos from magazines and websites that fit with your style. Consider a timeline and budget for the project that will work for you.

Organise an appointment at your home.
In this meeting, they will:

Discuss your needs and wants
Brainstorm some ideas to suit you
Discuss costs, take room measurements

Your designer will draw up your proposed home renovation plans tailored to your needs, wants and budget.
A detailed price quotation for your home renovation along with plans and 3D visuals will be provided to you.

Amendments
Using your feedback we will finalise the concept design and arrange a suitable time to present your finalised designs.

If you are happy with everything, you can accept your quotation and sign off on the plans and contract.

Your designer will guide you through the process at our showroom of finalising exactly what fixtures, fittings and finishes you prefer for your renovation.  For kitchen and cabinetry projects we will arrange another visit to Double Check the Double Check. Measure twice, cut once. Prior to manufacturing, we come to the site and using final accurate CAD drawings, we confirm all design specifications and measurements to ensure a perfect custom fit.

Set a date:  Once plans, fixtures, fittings and finishes are confirmed we will set a date for your renovation to start.

Owner, Mark Minton as a fully licensed builder will be dedicated to your project as the site supervisor. He will be onsite undertaking pullouts, plumbing and assisting with carpentry. He will also ensure our certified staff will be on site full time to complete daily tasks to get your renovation done right on time, to the highest standards the first time.

He is always available to deal with any questions or concerns that you may have throughout the project. We are committed to maintaining a clean and safe job site, while minimising the impact on your family’s everyday life.

We look forward to the final walk through at which point we will confirm that the project is completed to your full satisfaction. At this time you will be given documentation providing you with a full seven year warranty for your project.
